Microphone With low power

    Hello, thanks for read.

    My microphone has very low power and it sounds really bad.

    I tried everything and nothing works.

    I can send a video making tests for you.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the microphone. I’m happy to help troubleshoot.

    Can you tell me a little bit more about the issue?
    Was the microphone working properly when you received it?
    Have you tried replacing the internal 9V battery?
    Do you experience the issue with both the XLR and 3.5mm outputs? (FS XLR & FS Pro II models only)
    What equipment are you plugging the microphone into?
    What are the settings on the device you’re connecting to the 3Dio?
    What type of cables are you using?
    Are there any adapters in use?

    Feel free to send pictures or a video of your audio setup if that’s easier. Simply email us at customercare@3diosound.com. It would also be helpful to get a short audio clip so we can hear what you’re hearing. Simply speak in front and around the mic at a normal speaking volume so we can get a volume and gain reference level.

    Any other information you can provide would be helpful.
