All 3Dio microphones are compatible with both the Zoom H8 and Nikon D850.
To connect to the 3Dio to the Zoom H8, you can use two (2) XLR cables and provide phantom power from the Zoom to the 3Dio. You can also use the 3.5mm to dual 1/4" splitter cable that comes with the microphone connected to any of the two combo 1/4"/XLR input jacks on the Zoom H8.
To connect to the 3Dio directly to the Nikon D850, you can use a 3.5mm TRS M2M cable. Make sure you configure the audio input settings on the Nikon for an external microphone, adjusting the gain settings that are most appropriate for the recording environment.
