Hello, I purchased my 3Dio microphone May 2022 and I used it once. I recently tried to use it again for a project but it won't work at all. It has been stored in the box it came in and did not fall or anything. What can you do to help me please? This is upsetting. I expect more from such an expensive peoduct and I'm pretty disappointed. I hope you can help.

Have you tried replacing the 9V battery inside the mic? If the power switch was left in the ON position, the battery inside is most likely the reason it isn't functioning. Replace that and give it another try.
