I've been experiencing issues with my 3Dio where after a short amount of use the audio will behin to crackle, and I experience a monitoring and recording delay in OBS. I've replaced the battery as well as the cable, and the issue still occurs. I can get some use out of the mic- anywhere between 15 mins to an hour, and then this issue will occur.

Sorry to hear about that.
Are you able to get a sustained good signal without recording or running it through OBS on your computer? Just connected to your audio interface or mixer and monitoring through that?
A recording delay in OBS cannot be caused by the mic itself. The mic is just a monitoring device. A recording delay would be caused by a delay of the computer itself.

No, it still occurs, including the crackling, and I've tested it on a different PC as well.
