i have the regular 3dio and the 3dio fs pro II
the regular have the black felt cover but the pro II does not
is there anyway of getting a felt cover on the pro II?
as it does make an impact on the sound that is picked up, and there are certain sounds that it makes it better with the black felt cover.

Thank you for your question. Apologies for the delay.
The black felt cover on the microphone capsules used in the FS and FS XLR microphones does not have any effect on the sound. It is solely intended to prevent dirt and debris from getting inside the capsule housing.
The cover on the FS Pro II acts as a pop-filter as well as a slight frequency boost grid. We use the soft-boost grid that is provided by the manufacturer.
If you wish to have a cover over the microphones, our best recommendation is our wind muffs. They will provide plenty of wind protection with minimal change to the overall sound.
