VAT (Value Added Tax) and customs duties are charged by most countries for packages originating outside the destination country. Each country charges its own VAT rate.
3Dio does not collect VAT and/or customs duties for ALL shipments outside the US. The VAT charges are invoiced by the shipping carrier (UPS or DHL) and must be paid prior to accepting delivery. The shipping carrier will typically email an invoice to the package recipient prior to delivery, which can be paid online.
