My Package Wasn't Delivered. What Do I Do?

    We ship ALL orders with signature required to prevent package theft. 3Dio is NOT responsible for lost packages that are delivered when the recipient opts out of signature required (also called shipper release). Therefore, we do not recommend opting out of signature required.

    If you received a delivery notification but the package wasn't delivered or you did not sign for it, we recommend the following:

    - Ask your neighbors. Sometimes the delivery driver will attempt to deliver to a neighbor if there is no answer at your address.

    - Wait at least 24 hours. Sometimes delivery updates falsly declare a package delivered prior to actual delivery and will deliver several hours later or even the next day.

    If your package hasn't been delivered after 24 hours, please reach out to us at customercare@3diosound.com.
