    Great question!

    In short, yes, our website is referring to the Oblast of the Leningrad region. When shipping to Russia, Leningrad will be listed as one of the 46 Oblasts options and one of 82 federal subjects. As of January, 2022, there are 82 regional shipping areas to choose from when shipping to Russia. These are similar to provinces or states in other countries.
