My 3dio fs have no sound (using focusrite scarlett 2i2)

    I using 3diofs and focusrite 2i2 (3rd).however there are no sound in streamlab obs
     I didn't open the 48V and inst/air
    I use gain in obs but still a few sound 
    I see those youtube video there should be much sound.
    But I need to speak very loud but just get a few sound.

    I also download the focusrite control but nothing happen.

    Hi @ml ml,

    I'm sorry to hear you're not getting any sound with your audio setup. Here are a few things to check:

    • Replace the 9V battery inside the 3Dio mic. If the battery level is low, then the audio output will also be low. If the battery is dead, no sound will come out of the mic.
    • On the Scarlett 2i2, set the gain settings for both channels to about 2 o'clock. Set the 'Direct Monitor' to stereo (two circles). 48V phantom power, INST and AIR can all be turned off. With the 3Dio plugged into the Scarlett, do the lights around the gain knobs for each channel illuminate when you speak into the ears?
    • What are the computer's audio input settings?
    • What are the OBS audio input settings?
