We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to 3Dio within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:
Please read the conditions below. If all conditions are not satisfied, 3Dio reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
3Dio is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
3Dio is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any items bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the items only.
Additional non-returnable items:
- 3Dio products purchased from an unauthorized dealer
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3Dio warrants your product to be free from physical defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the original purchase. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion using new or refurbished components.
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing that arise from the correct use of the device. It is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification, lightning or power surge damage, extreme heat or cold, and corrosive environments. The warranty also does not apply to any product with a missing, altered, or defaced serial number.
Occasionally, there will be slight manufacturing defects and imperfections in the polyurethane ear molds. These defects have no effect on the function of the microphone and therefore are not covered under the warranty.
Limits of Liability
If 3Dio products fail or do not perform as warranted, your sole recourse shall be to repair the product as described above. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages that result from the failure of the product. These damages include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this product. Express or implied warranties are disclaimed. In no event will 3Dio be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account once the refund has been processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit or invoice for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please contact us first. We cannot offer a refund on items that are returned to us without authorization.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
