Hello, While I ideally would like to have the Free Space 2, I found a 3Dio Free Space microphone secondhand to start a YouTube channel(Binaural Escape) and so far it has served me rather well. I use the 3.5mm microphone input on the Canon R50 for the 3Dio mic and a Zoom H6 for any XLR inputs that I need. When replacing the battery, I noticed there are XLR solder points on the board. Are they functional? and will phantom power work if I were to add XLR outputs to my microphone? Would there be enough of a notable difference in audio quality between the XLR and 3.5mm?
