The second is that it works properly, but as time goes by, the right sound becomes bland and then becomes almost invisible.
I didn't treat my right microphone rough or humid. My second 3dio's right ear died, even though I was careful with everything to be aware of.

Hi @Ahn SooBeen,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear your microphone isn't working properly.
Have you tried replacing the 9V battery? When the level of the battery inside the microphone is low or dead, then the microphone will stop working or one of the ear will become quiet.
Here is a quick tutorial video on how to replace the 9V battery inside the microphone: https://youtu.be/7wF1YtdqUV8
Give this a try with a brand new battery. Please let me know if the microphone still is not working and I’d be happy to help further troubleshoot.
Best regards,
~Brian

Neither model was a battery problem.
Changing to a new battery did not improve the problem on the right.
Hi @Ahn SooBeen,
Thank you for trying the battery.
Can you tell us more about your audio setup?
What cables are you using?
What device are you connecting the 3Dio to?
Are there any cable adapters in use?
Any information you can provice would be helpful. Feel free to send a picture or video of you audio setup if that is easier.
Best regards,
~Brian
