3dio not working with 2 mixers

    I bought my 3dio 2 years ago and I have never tried the microphone until today. I can't for the life of me figure out why it's not working. I've tried two different mixers and turned phantom power off and it still doesn't work. I'm having a hard time and I don't want to bother you all with this but it's frustrating to know that the mic doesn't work with either mixing board. 

    Details:

    Xenyx 802 USB

    Yamaha MG10XU

    Plugged L into mic 1, R (Red) into mic 2, phantom power off, mic power ON, no sound. All volume knobs at 12 o'clock.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Have you tried replacing the 9V battery? When the level of the battery inside the microphone is low or dead, then the microphone will stop working.

    Give this a try with a brand new battery. Please let me know if the microphone still is not working and I’d be happy to help further troubleshoot.
