I recently bought the Free Space XLR mic on 11-25-24 and when it finally arrived the product isn't functional. Both sides of the mic are plugged into an Arturia MiniFuse 2. The right ear mic hardly works and the mic overall has huge audio distortion. The pre amp is in working condition and the xlr cables were exchanged and it still sounds the same. This was the first time the mic was used out of the box. I would like this to be exchanged with a working mic. I still have all of the original packaging. I have included two audio recordings using the microphone.
