    I got this 3Dio relatively recently (like under a month ago)

    When I set it up the sound was fine, but now it's not being picked up by my pc at all. I have a 3DIO FS and an AudioBox USB 96.

    Hi @Melti Heart,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Have you tried replacing the 9V battery inside? If the 3Dio microphone's power switch is left in the ON position while not in use, the battery may be dead. A brand new, 9V Alkaline battery will last 300+ hours of continuous use.

    To replace the battery, simply remove the 4 screws from the lid of the center enclosure. The battery connector is located just below the lid.

    Give that a try and let us know if your mic still isn't working properly.
