My 3dio's right side has been low since I received it. I changed the cords thinking it was that but it's still low on the right side. Can I have help to fix the issue please. Thank you My order number was #13084

Thanks for posting! Sorry to hear your mic isn't functioning properly.
Can you tell us a little more about the issue?
Is one side quieter than the other via both output types, the 3.5mm TRS output & the XLR outputs?
What device are you connecting to the 3Dio? Can you verify all the gain settings are identical?
Any other information you can provide would be helpful.

The sound in the right ear is low low. I can still speak and be heard but when I do an asmr trigger, you can't hear it at all. I switched my right and left xlr cables to see if it was the cable and then bought new cables because the same thing happened to the left side. I replaced the cales and the right side is still quiet.
The interface I have is nuosiya interface on Amazon.

Does the issue occur with the 3.5mm TRS to dual 1/4" TS Splitter cable that came with the microphone?
Can you verify the gain settings are identical throughout the signal flow?
Is one ear quieter than the other when listening via headphones connected directly to the interface?
It would be helpful to get photos and/or a video of your audio setup.
