Bottom input jack loose?

  If my cord jostles even the slightest bit it distorts the sound - either crackles, cuts out completely or cut of sound to one ear. It seems the input jack is loose or something similar. How do I fix this? I haven't used the unit much. Thank you!

  Is the input jack itself loose, or is the cable connector loose when it's plugged into the jack?

  Any info you can provide would be helpful. Feel free to send pictures or a video if that's easier.
