3DIO Randomly Stopped Working

  Hello, I have the Free Space Binaural Microphone.
  It's been great, a few nights back it stopped working. I've been trying to deduce the issue but have come up empty.
  Mid-recording it stopped working. I have changed the batteries.
  Upon touching the TRS, it makes a buzzing noise so I am thinking the microphone itself has stopped working.

  Hi @Christal Del Rio,

  Thank you for posting on our forum. I'm sorry to hear your mic stopped working.

  Have you tried replacing the 9V battery inside the mic? If the sound level become quiet, or there is a slight static noise in the signal, it is most likely due to a low battery level.
